Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
